UFC on Fox 24 is one of the best if not the best Fox card ever. The best champion going right now and an all-time great goes for his 10th title defense. Johnson was challenged more in his last fight than he was in most of his previous fights. Johnson has only lost two fights in his career using a combination of finishes and decisions. Johnson is already one of the best fighters but has a chance with a few more wins to put his name in the conversation as the greatest fighter of all-time. Reis has upset on his mind and is riding a 3 fight win streak into this fight. Reis is known for his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which may create a potential problem for Johnson. Reis strength isn't boxing with no career knockouts so the key for him is to try to get this to the ground similar gameplan as Tim Elliot. That's not to say Johnson can't go on the ground and succeed, but Reis best shot comes on the ground. The co-main event features Michelle Waterson versus Rose Namajunas which can main-event on its own. Waterson a well-rounded fighter has 12 finishes in 14 wins and 9 by submission. She has won 4 out of her last 5 fights and both fights in the UFC. At only 24 years old Rose is a well-trained fighter who continually gets better. The strength of Rose is her submission game with 4 submissions in 5 career wins. The fight could be interesting with both fighters having superb ground skills and could end up a stand-up fight. Jacare Souza versus Robert Whittaker is a matchup of two top 6 ranked fighters in the middleweight division. Souza has some of the greatest submission techniques in the UFC and should be in line for a title shot if he resigns with the UFC. Whittaker a tough opponent winning his last 6 fights but Jacare is a step up in competition. The fun loving knockout specialist Roy Nelson is the headliner of the prelims. Bobby Green returns after having only two fights in 3 years with excellent boxing skills and movement. Smolka versus Elliot could be the most interesting and exciting matches on the card with Elliot looking excellent his last fight against the champion. Aljamain Sterling is another ranked fighter on the card who will headline the early prelims.
