UFC 208 is making history with the new women's featherweight title on the line. The women's featherweight title bout features Holly Holm versus Germaine de Randamie. Everyone knows the Holly Holm story which includes defeating the legendary Ronda Rousey. She has only lost two fights in her career and both of those have come in the last two fights. The Miesha Tate fight she was winning until she got submitted in the last round. Holms has seven professional knockouts, but only one of those have come in the UFC. Her opponent Germain De Randamie has four fights in the UFC going three wins and one loss winning her last two fights by knockout. Both fighters are former kickboxers so the fight is expected to stay on the feet. The co-main event will see the return of the G.O.A.T Anderson Silva versus Derek Brunson. Silva has lost four of his last five fights with one no contest. Silva hasn't won a fight since 2012 where he beat Stephen Bonnar by TKO. The Michael Bisping fight was a close fight which could have went either way. His opponent Brunson had one of the worst game plans going into his last fight. Brunson came out with no technique and throwing wild punches. He has only lost three of his last ten fights, with those losses coming against top ten fighters. Another top fight on the card will see Ronaldo Souza versus Tim Boetsch. The match for Souza is a step back in competition because he could have easily been in a title fight. Souza has some of the top jiu-jitsu in UFC.
